DO WEIGHTED PULLUP CAN BREAK THE PULLUP BAR??

then tell the instructor that. If he doesnt listen, ask him go back to primary 1.

To him any additional weight it seems..even if you weight 40kg will break the bar Rolling Eyes

I have tried static holds with 40kg before.

That means around 130kg...but the bar didnt break leh.

Something is very wrong if the bar breaks hanging anything less than say 400kg on it, and that's probably a very conservative number too.
