this yr i got lots of praises....say i "pang le hen duo", "bi jiao jie shi", "more confident n better looking"..some also exclaimed "wahhh"

quite happy that my effort paid off n get noticed

but 1 thing is why they always relate good physique with national service?
most mention "ni shi bu shi dan bing ah"...in fact i think NS is ruining my plans

They complain i am getting too "fat", will suffer in NS.

Lets see if they can even do weighted pullups of 10kg for 5 first.
