Gackt247 SG How to motivate myself to whack the gym.. hit the track ah? Last time training phase for my xiong unit was my fittest time. Now lao jiao liao slack off.. juz no motivation. At home worse, banging the keyboard in sgf. No fitness lvl drop. 19 pullups drop to 14 nia.. sianz.. abs fly away liao.. Okok.. time to drown my sorrows with soda, chips and pizza.. mamamia.. KKkk.. wat keeps u guys going?
