Marco_Simone SG Chin up bar is self explanatory. Dip stands is the part where the guy is on in the pic,I only want that part, not the entire machine! Once I have these two equipment,I can have a real solid upper body workout at home!
Simon Dean SG For chin up bars you can try kettler fitness(Plaza Singapura) Dips bar i am not so sure BUT i have seen some at various fitness parks. Good luck to your training.
UltimaOnline SG You can buy this great "Dips stand" at Guardian Pharmacy for only Sg$79.00. http://www.medicalproductsdirect.com/risstarulsup.html It is perfect for dips. Don't believe? Me and my workout buddies use it (we all buy one each) to do parallel dips, and I mean *standard* parallel dips exactly like shown here. http://www.myfit.ca/exercisedatabase/viewanexercise.asp?exercise=Dips&table=exercises&ID=3 The "Rising Star Walker" is so awesome for dips, we think every bodybuilder should have one in his room. My pull up bar and "Rising Star Walker" Dips stand, are both conveniently fixed up in my room. Good info like this, must share with all brothers. Spread the word! Work those triceps, deltoids and pectorals!
Marco_Simone SG I am afraid this thing might be too low for me even if I bend down my legs 90 degrees...nvm I go check it out first...
Marco_Simone SG My fitness corner no dips bar only got chin up bar.So best if I can have both at home...
UltimaOnline SG I guarantee you it will be sufficient. I am 1.82m tall, and I just used it to do a dozen standard parallel* dips 15 mins ago. I need to bend *only* my knees 90 degs. *standard parallel = upper arm parallel to the ground.
