borntolive SG ?? any who took part in this sport care to share ....i got 1 former classmate who joined canoeing n his arms is absoluely ripped
Simon Dean SG They only do upper-body movements which i find is absurd.Just because the sport only involves upper body, doesnt mean that lower body is unsignificant. They do mostly rows only. I seriously think some of them should add squats or/and deadlifts to their programm. I know some dragonboaters who do squats and deads and they are much stronger than those who dont.TRUST me!
Marco_Simone SG Their definition is from the cardio they do. So far,the dragonboaters(especially those from SAF dragonboat team) I have seen have a utterly hideous light bulb build...
zanza SG We do pullups pullups and more pullups After that we do bench press, sitted rows, bicep , shoulder press, flys , leg press, medicine ball. Now for the june race it'll be a long distance so we do more reps for endurance
