2)its VERY TIRING and exhausting....Making my back workout the most dreaded day

try protein shakes and the likes......and if you are really gym geek you ought to buy creatine.creatinine ATP phosphate............that's good stuff if you want more strenght and power

the only supplement i take is weight fuel....cant afford too much supplement..

how much does a bottle of creatine cost n how long can it last?

creatine cost quite a punch..............dunno the price now....but 3 yrs ago i bought it for 60...............50 tabs i think.....anyway don't try too much.....might make your brain shrink while your body gets bigger............heheheheheheh just kidding....... Mr. Green

actually many people recommand doing deadlifts fornightly as it is a very compound exercise

it pains me so to see people doing such a useless isolation exercise.When they are better off doing dumbbell rows/curl grip lateral pulldowns
