Speed Carmeras???

Has anyone notice that there is this carmera on top of the overhead bridge along AYE near Clementi Exit(In both directions) every morning around 7 to 8. But the strange thing is the one manning the device is not TP. I have noticed it for the past 1 or 2 weeks,
Recently, I noticed that overhead bridge PIE towards City near Bukit Timah Exit also have.......

yeah i’ve noticed that too… it seems that the TP are hiring outside contractors in a bid to catch more unsuspecting speeders… or trying to plainclothes tactics for better concealment. I’ve also heard from word of mouth that an unmanned speed camera was found in a dustbin place along the road, aiming straight at the road.

Strange thing is I sometimes saw like a group of 'Ah pehs' chating manning the carmera... dunno if they are from the ENV catching black smoke or speeding..... Sad Sad Sad

At morning 7 to 8 want to catch speeding is a waste of time cos the road is so congested..... really kanan sai....

Yeah,... usually see the TP on overhead bridges after 9am, so cannot be late for work,... Very Happy

What I've noticed of these guys is that they used to stand right on top of the fastest lane (easy to spot them). Now they tend to stand at one end of the bridge and take across.

Another change is they used to look straight at you. I've recently noticed that they now take your backside instead... Rolling Eyes

Probably not australia as well, as most of the states will issue public warnings on the location of their spped cameras, although the mobile ones that are to ba handheld by the police are not disclosed
