It's so sad how ignorant so many of us are-mainly those that
write pseudo-articles on these "phenomenoms" (saying dumb things
like a woman had sex with a snake or whatever) or post of videos
with such demeaning headings.
Yes, that's a real baby, with the skin disease known as
Harlequin Ichthyosis. It is NOT a snake baby or whatever anyone
wants to call it. It's just a pitiful baby.
(this is not a personal attack, you couldn't have known this
from the way the video descriptions put it)
