You meant the light? or the place?

The place is where the water is stored in every building... The light, most probably they left it on after maintaining or they are still doing maintance/checks?

ditzy SG

Some happen to be on timer, some happened to be carelessly left on in the day.

So that if any authorised person need to go up to that place in the middle of the night, they won't fall over and DIE!!!

Don't ask stupid question please.
