i am a big man utd fan and i would be sad if they can't win it... but with the ryan giggs scandal and all may have been a huge distraction, really disappointed at giggs and i thought he's a role model all along... my role model is back to roy keane, lol, super determined and focus on soccer...

tripsky SG

i don't expect us to win.. i see it as a bonus if we do.

to win the league is really tough this season so i am proud of the team no matter wat happens at wembley

Bus&Soccer l0v3r (VO3x 1) SG

with barcelona passing style

and one more play acting player

hmm

barcelona has 60% chance to win

Rock^Star SG

I have no idea how we can do it.....after watching those back to back real-barca games earlier on.

A little-known fact about footballers is that they occasionally meet girls and are seen out and about with them.

But ever since the England WAGS made such a splash in the forest retreat of Baden Baden during the 2006 World Cup, the spotlight at major events has been not just on the men in competition, but on the women supporting them.

With some star names bound to walk Wembley way and support their husbands and boyfriends (HABS? It will never catch on), allow us to brief you on who's with who - from pop stars to models to childhood sweethearts...

GERARD PIQUE AND SHAKIRA

The defender is currently winning just about every trophy going with Barcelona, and now has the 34-year-old pop star Shakira on his arm. Life's tough.

WAYNE ROONEY AND COLEEN ROONEY

All's bliss in the Rooney household - these days, anyway. Here they are on a lovely day out seeing what daddy does at work.

LIONEL MESSI AND ANTONELLA ROCCUZZO (OR LUCIANA SALAZAR?)

The 23-year-old is feted as the best player in the world, but when it comes to women our colleagues in Spain could not tell us for sure whether his other half is Antonella Roccuzzo, who lives in his homeland Argentina, or glamour model Luciana Salazar, to whom he has been linked in Spain.

JAVIER HERNANDEZ AND LETICIA SAHAGUN

CARLES PUYOL AND MALENA COSTA

IBRAHIM AFELLAY AND DORIEN ROSE

New man at Barcelona Ibrahim Afellay is seeing Dutch model Dorien, who manages to fit looking an awful lot like Angelina Jolie into her busy schedule.

DIMITAR BERBATOV AND ELENA SHTILIANOV

is michael owen included in the final champions league squad??at least on the bench...love to see him win the winners medal..so he can show it to liverpool....come to man utd if u wanna be winners...just like teddy sheringham...years at spurs but never ever won a single trophy..but come man utd,he won everything there is to be won in club football

Rock^Star SG

This final both sides are very modest, no one dares to speak out loud. To be one of the greatest teams in the history of European Cup....man u must win it for the fourth time. Real Madrid has won it 7 times.

4-0 either way.

It seems Barcelona is the hot favourite tonight... It like almost everyone I come across or read the newpaper, Barce is going to win it...

Well, I guess it's quite true. Afterall, they are what many even myself belief is "The best team on the planet" currently... They have been playing together for many years and with the top 3 Players of the Year 2010 in their squad, who can say they aren't?

The only thing I would dislike if Barce win is, they do it with their play acting... If they win it properly, then I belief they deserve it.

Honestly, if it was any other team, I would say United got a good chance. But because it's Barcelona... I doubt they even have 50%.

For me, United's chance is slim. But no matter how slim it is, there is still a chance I guess... Even if it's 30% to 70%. Let's hope for the best for United tonight...

It just takes one player to get sent off.

The Mexico striker, 22, has impressed by netting 20 goals in his first season in English football.

And United boss Alex Ferguson has put his faith in the young star by giving him a place against Barcelona at Wembley.

Darren Fletcher was only able to make the bench as Fergie picked the same line-up as SunSport revealed on Thursday.

Top scorer Dimitar Berbatov was not even named as a sub.

Barcelona's starting XI was widely predicted and boss Pep Guardiola has selected his tried and tested players.

Former Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano will start at centre-back with Barca skipper Carles Puyol only on the bench.

Manchester United: Van der Sar; Fabio, Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra; Valencia, Carrick, Giggs, Park; Rooney, Hernandez. Subs: Kuszczak, Smalling, Fletcher, Scholes, Anderson, Nani, Owen.

Barcelona: Valdes; Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Abidal; Busquets, Xavi, Iniesta; Pedro, Messi, Villa. Subs: Oier, Adriano, Puyol, Keita, Thiago, Afellay, Bojan.

Rock^Star SG

Berba didnt even make the bench? Ha! Surprisingly not so surprising. Carrick was pure crap two years ago....I wonder how's tonight.

zocoss SG

Fergie have gone with Owen rather than Berbatov... I think it's a good idea. Berba have been rather off lately... Barce have gone with a natural left-back rather than Puyol to counter Valencia.

Rock^Star SG

Owen may have been bit part this season but you still see....he has great movement off the ball. Positioning's still sound...can still hold the ball well. Finishing is still there. He could have joined another club but he prefers to be a utd reserve. Great attitude.

Rock^Star SG

Wah.....how is rooney and gang going to work their magic if they don't have possession? It's just defence and defence after the first 10 mins.

Rock^Star SG

1-1....rooney has showed up. And they passed like barca before he scored.....oh man....

Rooney9 SG

man u shd play less long balls, as they are practically givng the ball back to Barcelona's defenders. long balls are useless, typical of english sides to play long balls.

I-like-flings(m) SG

knn... they are showing barca too much respect like in rome.. knn.. like that cannot win one.. must play they own game what.. and change valencia lah.. totally not playing..see him walking alot of time.. knn...
