Obertan and Bebe, diastrous buys. Ben foster, he is a decent
goalie, but just could not kick straight and is prone to an odd
mistake once in every few matches. luckily he was shipped off to
Birmingham. I will cringed if fergie decides foster will take over
from VDS and decided not to buy a top goalie.
I hope he learnt his lessons from his diastrous buys of
2003-2004 season, when david bellion, howard, kleberson, liam
miller et all were bought. one thing to bear is he should sack the
scouts for their introduction. I am always a believer in value, you
do not buy cheap and hope the player will turn out to be world
class. ronaldo when he was 18, costs united 12m, so he wasnt cheap,
but what a talent he has turned out to be. same with rooney at 27m.
Bebe at 7m and Obertan at 3m, are thrash buys. they are not even
above average buys, they are below average buys, really
unacceptable, not fit to wear united jersey.
