MANCHESTER UNITED ace Anderson will miss the
start of the season to play in the Olympics. The £17million
midfielder has been called up by Brazil boss Dunga for the Beijing
games which starts next month.
Liverpool star Lucas and Manchester City's new record
signing Jo are also in the squad. All three have been named as
regular under-23 players meaning their clubs cannot refuse to
release them.
AC Milan have already blocked Brazil's bid to call-up
Kaka as one of their three over-age players. But outgoing Barcelona
forward Ronaldinho and Real Madrid's Robinho are included.
