The 24-year-old admits that the prospect of him securing an
immediate move abroad are slim, but that he has his eye on a top
club in future.
"My contract runs until 2010, and there are no sell-on contracts
and no need for the club to offload me," he conceded.
"Lots of factors play a role here: what will Ajax do, what club
will come in for me, and when?
"But Ajax can help me earn that move, as well as myself. They gave
me the opportunity, and made me what I am."
He's in no doubt as to what kind of move he wants, too.
"Everyou wants to sign for the sort of club that plays to their
strengths," he explained.
"So, I'd like an offensive side that operates in the opponent's box
a lot. And I want it to be a top team. I wouldn't leave Ajax in the
lurch for anything less."
