They are not suppose to tell.
Its a private matter, and its settled privately by the maid.
Unless this receipt showing requires the employer to pay for the
services. Its frankly non of the business of the
employer. Unless the employer is thinking to be nice to the
maid and treat her better.
If TS is paying for it, than call and ask to get the answer. If
TS not paying for it, just want to kaypoh, than just called and let
someone explain to them why cannot tell.
I not sure which one, so advice them call, no harm....
