Rio Ferdinand reckons Wayne Rooney is Spurtacus.
Manchester Uniteds gladiator Roo scored a double to help demolish
nine-man Villa and take his tally to six goals in five games.
And England and United team-mate Ferdinand said: Wazza is one of
those that goes on a mad goal spree and long may it continue. Hes
in the groove. He is a spurter.
He scored more than 20 goals for us last season and if I was a
betting man, Id put money on him doing it again.
