there was time for Ferdinard to rush back to the line and clear

Pardon me, but
sounds a bit far-fetched.
I don't know about other teams, but I know Utd will never fix a
match. There is too much pride at stake and the risk of being found
out is not worth it. Especially not after what happened in the
Italian League. Okay, i'm being idealistic, but I chose to have
faith in my team.
