Liverpool is red hot and it would be a dream if MUFC can get something out of Anfield.

nevertheless, points on the board is better..

Spica SG

Do you guys noe where is a good place to catch the match? I would be watching with my Liverpool-fan friend and we are looking for somewhere "neutral" Very Happy

Any good suggestions?

itaji SG

Haha I will be watching with a Liverpool fan at chalet too!! Somewhere there has a cafe which provides live coverage. Darn it’s gonna be a great match.

Somehow i think Pool will win this 1 Confused

lolxzxz SG

can u pls explain ur answer in no more than 300 words? Mr. Green

zocoss SG

I actually feel man u could win this match... Pool are at the top of their game at home but If past 10 yrs history is anything to go by, utd somehow play better against Pool just like they don't usually do well against gunners... Remember Rio scoring with a header very close to the end of the match... Forlan scoring against them after Dudek's mistakes...

Well... lets hope this nice history can continue... Mr. Green

allentyb SG

man utd sucks and they drop points because liverpool will pwn them.

i hope this is 'neutral' enough for you

Spica SG

Sorry, but I'm a 100%, die-hard Utd fan Very Happy

Thanks for all the great suggestions, but guess will probably end up in some pubs. Is Devils Bar still screening? May be able to persuade my Pool-fan fren to go there, but too bad, no one to share his misery there haha.

From past few clashes btw Pool and Utd, think Utd has the upper hand in having won more games. We should see... Very Happy

Gerrard hopes to halt United title charge

Steven Gerrard insists Liverpool are determined not to allow Manchester United to 'win the title at Anfield'.

If United beat Liverpool on Saturday, it will give them a 12-point lead over current Premiership champions Chelsea and, in the Reds skipper's eyes, virtually end the race for the championship.

And although Liverpool cannot win the title themselves this term and are looking to secure Champions League qualification, Gerrard is adamant their bitterest rivals will not take their biggest step yet towards the title under the noses of the Kop.

He added: 'It hurts to say this, but they have been playing some really good attacking football this season. They are also really hard to beat because they have some great defenders.

'The rivalry for this fixture has got bigger and bigger over the years and the games are built up more and more. As a player, these are the games you want to play in.

'But I am in the city among all the banter and I know our fans are desperate to take the three points this weekend.'

Saha ready for Anfield test

As the Reds preprare to take on Liverpool at Anfield, Louis Saha is hoping to retain his place in the starting line-up for United after his return to the scoresheet against Reading on Tuesday night.

The striker struck in the fourth minute of the fifth round replay at the Madejski Stadium as the Reds went three goals up inside six minutes.

The Frenchman looked lively against the Royals and although he came off with a minor injury in the second half, he says he is available and looking forward to the visit to Anfield.

"The injury is not too bad, he told MUTV. Its just a calf cramp after I got a few kicks on it so I think it was better for me to come off."

Sahas goal against Reading was his first since scoring against Manchester City in the league at Old Trafford back in December.

With such an important Premiership fixture looming at the weekend, he is gaining confidence and back to scoring ways at exactly the right time.

"It's been a long time since I scored," he admitted. "I'm looking for more confidence and more minutes to play, which is always important for a striker."

Judging from recent results.. Man U might lose to cylinders-firing Pool. Juz hope the Devils will pull up their socks.
