Reducing ticket prices is indeed a nice gesture... But the thing
is if your stadium is always full and you still have to turn away
6,000 more fans each week in Utd's case... Do you think the owners
will reduce the ticket price?
Reducing ticket prices is a way to attract fans if you have a
problem in filling your stadium. But the thing is... unlike some
other clubs, Man utd, Pool and Arsenal have no problem filling
their stadiums... So do they seriously need to reduce their ticket
prices from a business point of view?
Lesser clubs of course could use this as a good means to bring in
more supporters to fill their part empty stadiums.
