firstly, he must prove himself at the club, that's like getting
to play in some competitive matches & scoring to impress the
coaches & bosses. If he is scoring, then, there's no reason to
keep him out.
i think he still an asset to Man U. he can play in midfield and his
robust tackle can be useful to cut off opponent's attack. With
Rooney still firing on blanks, Smith needs to get into scoring
mood. For all you know, he can find himself featured maybe as sub
first when Rooney is being rested. But first, ps prove himself he
