England boost for Rooney
Steve McClaren has told Wayne Rooney he will return to England duty
on Saturday - despite his slump in form. McClaren, without the
United forward for the first three games of his England reign
because of injury and suspension, said: "I can't wait to work with
Wayne for 10 days. He will be an asset for us. He just needs games
at the moment - everybody can see that. But Wayne Rooney, believe
me, will be in the team as long as he's fit."

Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho has suffered a double blast from United
and Arsenal. Mikael Silvestre taunted Chelsea by saying they are
worse than last year. And Arsene Wenger weighed in by insisting
Mourinhos champions will end up handing over the Premiership title
to Arsenal.
The Sun features quotes from Sir Alex Ferguson who insists player
power is one of the biggest problems facing managers today.
