Will Alan Smith still be left on the midfield role? Or will he be convert back to striker?

CKeer SG

I think he'll be back as the defensive midfielder.
There're too many srtikers around.
Especially with the emergence of young Rossi.
United, however, should purchase a young n strong forward in the form of Torres. Wink

Cheers.

They should buy someone who can talk back SAF to be the captain like keane
who is a commanding DM role and Alan play a AM to support Wayne up front.
Someone to replace RVN ,Ryan and Gary so that SAF can retire from here.

field SG

they should buy Torres to be striker becuz they are the best team in Engalnd.

But he failed to realise that his tactics is no longer effective.

Alan smith in midfield is dumb, just sell him if you can’t use him naturally

Dead_Man_Inc SG

At least he is one of the players commited to the club. He will be back by August or early September

I was so over the moon when Man U bought him because when he played for Leeds, his workrate was so ferocious I just hoped Man U would bought him and they did. But so far its quite disappointing his midfield displays for Man U. Hope he start playing striker soon.. Rooney, Saha, Smith. Power sia.. Then buy either Tevez/Torres/Podolski/Klose.. Mr. Green

He looks like Eminem a bit haha... Yeah maybe should try playing him striker again.. Rooney and Smith, England partnership..

Agenda SG

TNP said he could become a striker again when he returns from injury, I’m actually disgusted by people who make him play at midfield

Dead_Man_Inc SG

he is more suitable for striker

to all fans, given his workrate, I am ashamed to see these lame posts.

since when soccer revolves around your appearance. Look at Brazil Ronaldino. I bet most will give anything to have his talent.

When I saw Smith's injury, I just pray that he can be back playing.

Now that he is back, I believe in any way, he will contribute to MUFC cause.
be it a striker or MF.

To me, he is a dying breed of players who will just put on his jersey and get the job done, rather than make a rucus whenever things don't go his way.

Dead_Man_Inc SG

Yes yes he score 1 for the reserve game..
