missqi SG Say your subject combi in jc.... v I'm doing H2 econs, lit(english), history, and H1 math.. I originally chose H2 math, history, lit and h1 chem.. But due to timetable constraints, I took my current combi.. So.. What's yours?
the Bear SG what's H2 econs and H2 math? more than half a lifetime ago, i did Math, Further Math, Chemistry and Physics.. got ACDC for them
the Bear SG orh.. okay.. i did H2 for all ended up with 4 A-Levels and GP.. sadly (and to my eternal shame) i flunked my CL2 (H1)
Diehard_89 SG that's a wrong perspective.. our syallabus h1 h2 h3 is way much tougher than the older one I think but if you would to compare the degree of prestigousness then maybe you are correct..
LazerLordz SG Way tougher? Mine..ancient history.. A Levels - Lit, Econs, Geography AO - GP, MT This was before the syllabus got snipped.
Diehard_89 SG yeap.. that is what I think lah my brother who was once a tuition teacher also said though some contents are removed, others are tweaked and added also.. somemore now MOE wants holistic education..have to do more than just academic stuff in such a short period of time.. compared to last time when CIPs and stuff are not that important I suppose?
