1. Before being sued by the Government of Brunei, his spending
amount is about SGD 500,000 per day.
2. He is now being sued by many agencies including former Beauty
Queen Miss California, accusing him of treating her like a sex
slave.
3. Also suing him is his wife former bodyguard and a perfume
conglomerate.
4. In a timespan of 10 years, he has spend about SGD 2.7 Billion
for his luxury.
5. He owns a yatch, luxury ship and a private jet. Also a Airbus
A300 worth SGD 160 Million.
6. He loves cars. Owns about 2000 of them. Most of them luxury and
racing cars.
7. His ships, Bolkiah I and T1ts which in it has 2 more smaller
boats, Nipple I and Nipple II is worth about SGD70 Million.
8. He owns a collection of luxury paintings from Renoir titled
Jeunes Filles Au Piano which he bought for SGD 160 Million.
9. His spending habits is followed by his son, Prince Hakeem who
bought 6 F1 cars owned by the Mclaren Team which cost about SGD 1.9
Million a piece.
10. For 6 months straight from 11 August to 16 August 2001, about
10,000 collections of gold plated sinks, kitchen utensils, tables,
gymnasium, helicopter and a jet simulator is being auctioned.
11. During the auction, an Indonesia businessman won the bid of a
high quality marble with the cost of SGD 4 Million.
12. About 7000 tonnes of marble which is enough to build a Taj
Mahal and still have excess marble to build another palace is sold
at the last days of the auctions.
13. Few more other items are being forced to be sold as tender as
the price is too expensive. One of which is a F1 racing simulator,
Airbus A340 Simulator and a Commache helicopter.
14. But whatever happens to him and his company, he will always be
in the class of the elite and rich.
15 Brunei Chief Justice awarded him with a pension of SGD 500 000
per month.
16. For someone who is born in luxury, the amount wont be enough to
support his 4 wives and 17 childrens.
