One law and one custom for the Israelite and the stranger who dwells with them.

The ordinance that is mentioned specifically in numbers 15 is that of an offering by fire to Hashem.

But it is safe to say that when we are talking about law there can only be one law which is referred to. If you talk about custom? what are the customs that YHVH is referring to?

will we dwell with the Israelites in the New Millenium? Are we not goyim who are considered strangers?

But even more so, we are His children, so if the stranger is subject to the laws of Hashem, how much more we as His children.

and also, from the practical aspect, What does obeying the law of Hashem means, and how this life can be live up to?

The law of Hashem contains ten commandments. It's in the Bible.

God's law is summed up in love. It's in the Bible.
