Nowsday,
The HR in Singapore is Looking at "paper" than experience.. They
even hired a Degree Holder to do clerk job... What a JOKE !!
Those O, A & Diploma... totally no chance... 
Guess wat ? after a year the guy resign.. BECOS the pay was too low
for him as a Degree holder... He go look for other high pay
job...
I doubt the lower educated people don't mind the low pay.. but the
HR doesn't want employee them....
WHAT THE HELL WRONG WITH THE HR TODAY ?
I thought they have this kind of Human Resource Course (Diploma,
Degree,.. etc)
