Today's newspaper again......they are talking about how cyclists
should not be cycling on the pathways.......
But I am just wondering.....isnt this unfair....
The newspaper is quoting the pedestrians....but they didnt quote
the cyclists.....
It's like this.....
Some pedestrians say they feel vulnerable of the speeding
cyclists......
But actually hor,
As a cyclist, I feel vulnerable of the speeding cars.....
So if the pedestrians kick us to the roads.......isnt it unfair
for us ?
Cyclists, at most if we hit people, will not be so serious or
cause heavy injury. How about cars hitting cyclist? Obviously the
risk is higher and cause much heavier injury.
So if cyclists must be on the roads to ensure the pedestrians'
safety and comfort....what about the safety and comfort of
cyclists? Obviously we are at a higher risk of being victims of
predator vehicles, such as cars, motorbikes, trucks, and so on.
To be fair, there must be a cycling path construction.
Like this, fair to everybody.
Please, if there is no cycling path, please dont victimize the
cyclists and target us.
