Friendliness is very subjective actually, once you have a
rapport with a particular LBS, they naturally become ur friend
& prices also becomes good.
With my LBS, i never had to pay for servicing or truing of wheels
and for that I normally get my stuff from them. Am now getting my
wheelset upgraded by them, hopefully can get it by tomorrow
