Pantsil, Mears, Konchesky, Davenport, McCartney, Benayoun, Newton,
Quashie, Reo-Coker, Mullins, Mascherano, Etherington, Noble, Boa

Doubts
West Ham boss Alan Curbishley will hand Lucas Neill a late fitness
test for the visit of Liverpool after the full-back injured his
ankle on debut on Saturday.
Carlos Tevez is also struggling with a calf injury, but Marlon
Harewood (ban) and Calum Davenport (cup-tied) return.
Liverpool could have Mohamed Sissoko (shoulder) and Bolo Zenden
(ankle) back for the trip to Upton Park.
Otherwise, apart from Luis Garcia and Harry Kewell, the Reds have a
virtually injury-free squad ahead of the match.

Doubts
Reading forward Shane Long is set to return from a thigh injury
when Wigan travel to the Madejski Stadium, so Dave Kitson is likely
to be given a rest.
Brynjar Gunnarsson will miss out with a hamstring injury, though,
while Kevin Doyle is out for three more weeks.
Wigan boss Paul Jewell could hand an immediate debut to Caleb Folan
after his arrival from Chesterfield.
However, David Cotterill, Fitz Hall, Henri Camara, Arjan de Zeeuw
and Paul Scharner all miss out for the Latics.
