Penalty shoot out

It’s time to put an end to the penalty shoot out nonsense so teams that can’t play don’t have a chance to win by playing defensively.

Bring back the golden goal rule. The first team to score after extra time wins.

Must be disguested by England haha.

But that would make the game last very long sometime if both team also hum liao.

Spain won on penalty shoot out even though Portugal were the better team in normal time.

Stop the PSO nonsense.

Go back to the days of coin toss?
