Sacked in jan before feb....yes I do believe that's the order of things too.

As a chelsea fan, it is worrying that he say the team doesnt need additions.

Jacky Woo SG

so who is going to be the next chelsea manager? no prizes for guessing who, guus hiddink

I think they shouldn't sack him. Roman should instead back him fully and let everyone in the squad knows he is the main man there.

Also, i think he needs to get rid of the "Blue brothers" and Malouda in order to have any real respect within the squad. Cos as long as Terry and Lampard are there, it's going to be very difficult for any new manager.

Bring in a few new players will be good but he must not let them get influence or control by the "Blue brothers". He must stay on top of things to get things done.

Anyway, he will have to try his best to get rid of Lampard as Terry's race problem will be enough to make the club consider throwing him out at the end of the season. And once these 2 are gone, the likes of A Cole will toe the line. And the team will play better once everybody pull together.

It's true, get rid of all the so called big egos. Then again, if he does that, he's doomed. All this has to be traced back to the days of post mourinho. Or maybe hiddink. Too much spoiling and change of managers. Of course, it this were brewing under fergie, he would have been wise enough to spot it right away and deal an end to this rubbish.

I dun think its much of the manager's fault, maybe for buying torres. As long as torres have his form back, the team would start to roll.

Jacky Woo SG

chelsea is a team in transition. lampard is already 33, will he continue to play regularly next season, when he is a year older. I think not. Essien is 29 and suffered a few major injury in his career so far. this is his second major injury I think. cech is no longer the same goalie before his injury. ashley cole and terry are 32 this year and drogba is 34.

I think AVB know he have a battle against the senior players as regard to his team tactics.

He would be tempted to sell Lamp to remove any more team unrest.

But, Lamp is still scoring goals so he is stuck.

He will get rid of the rest as he have done with Alex and Anelka.

I dun think he will be sacked as Roman need to find another able replacement for him.

RalliartTurbo SG

AVB should not be sacked as the team needs someone who is there all the time and sacking AVB will destabilise Chelsea.AVB on his part should stamp his authority on the team instead of allowing senior players to run the team on their own terms.

Why Steve Maclaren was sacked at Wolfsburg was that he lost control of certain players and control of the team cos of prima donna players like Diego.

foolsh_2000 SG

i think he should get rid of John Terry,he is too slow in defending and always out of position!and Peter Cech after injury to head, has phobia going down to collect the ball!also heard fr former coach Ancelooti,Drogba needed to be sold in order fo Torres to blossom
