How big is 625 sq meters? Whats the standard size of an avg 2-3 room HDB flat.

Frizzleflow SG

Ah, i just figured out. Should be the size of about two and a half tennis court. I wonder if thats big enough to build a medium size house on.

Huh, can meh? Is just that my dad bought the land and i want to know how big it is.

Kaimar SG

it is quite expensive i think even for a small piece of land in singapore

Kaimar SG

avg 2-3 room HDB flat, one a 2 tennis court size of land?

what are u going to do with the rest? I suggest u build a garden landscape and it will be very useful to yr property if u are selling later.

Hello Kitty SG

coz u sound like farmer.

y dun u ask ur dad then?

Frizzleflow SG

This land is in australia lah. We cant afford to buy land in singapore. I still think two and a half tennis courts is very small to fit a house on, especially since we intend to have a garden/backyard etc.

Get a good architect, engineer and contractor, u can built a house on practically anything.

seotiblizzard SG

U heard of Sky Garden?

eagle SG

625 square metres is very big. It's about 6250 square feet

Executive or 6-rm HDBs is roughly 1400 square feet

seyKai SG

That's big enough to build at least 3-4 bedroom house with 2 cars lot with a small garden and your own swimming pool.

Depends on your floor plan actually...

I can imagine his house, 3 storeys, with a small swimming pool and a garden and a nice big garage, with another sky garden, and a space specially for suntanning. Then probably have a basement for weightlifting equipments, etc

Okok... just described my dream house
