definitely not allowed. cos we are a multi-racial nation
so some people may not like dogs. A simple guide would be
a dog small enough to hold in your hands so that if a neighbour who
shares the lift with you dun like dogs you can carry it in your
arms and keep it restrained.

What does people not liking dogs have to do with their race? (and
which race are you refering to?) Is this not more like a personal
preferance?
