Liverpool v
Blackpool
10:00
Mio Channel 103
Liverpool striker Torres has failed to score in the last four
matches. And Blackpool gaffer Ollie, whose team visit Anfield
tomorrow, reckons his lack of goals is now playing on his mind.
He said: "Torres is one of the world's top strikers. But when
you get in one of these ruts it is hard for any player, especially
one as talented as him, to cope with it.
"He's been a sensation since he joined Liverpool and I'm in awe
of him because as a centre-forward he has the lot. He has blinding
pace, he can finish with his left or right foot and his head.
"Like any cup of coffee, the cream will rise to the top -
hopefully not on Sunday though. I hope his lack of form
continues."
Holloway accepts his team may look like lambs to the slaughter
after being thrashed 6-0 at Arsenal and 4-0 at Chelsea already.
But the chirpy Seasiders boss declared: "We look a winnable
match - so we have to go and prove that isn't the case.
"I want to come out of Anfield full of pride and have people say
how difficult we made it for them."
