Game changer: Joe Cole did his future career

Arsenal have
made an inquiry about the possibility of signing Chelsea midfielder
Joe Cole but he has yet to make a decision on the
move.
Cole is a free agent but his wage demands of £120,000 a week
have proved too much for Chelsea,
Tottenham and Liverpool.
Manchester United remain interested and Cole is expected to hold
further talks this week.
Meanwhile Chelsea are continuing to monitor £15m-rated Shakhtar
Donetsk right-back Darijo Srna but are weighing up other priority
positions first.
