Well, every footballs fans will surely agree that Wenger is the Master of Transfers deals...

Getting Cheap .. matured them.. sell and make a huge PROFITs !!! ( and also profited with EPLs & FA Cups they won ).

Patrick Vieira

1996-2005, bought for 3.5million pounds, from AC Milan,

Sold in 2005 (july) to Juventus for 18 million pounds...

Nicolas Anelka

(Feb 1997) Paris Saint-Germain, for just 500,000 pounds

(June 1999) transferred to Real Madrid for 22.3 million pounds.

Thierry Henry

Bought from Juventus for 10 million pounds in 1999 (Aug)

Sold to Barcelona for 24 millions Euros in 2007 (June)

Of course not all transfers are profitable but Mr Wenger has done a Great Job !!

C. Ronaldo. Bought for 12million sold for 80 million. That's the only profitable play MU has ever had?

Wenger always gets a bargin for his players lol

but sadly how much of the profit is used to buy players and to service united huge interest payment debts?

the Bear SG

you see that the profits came mostly in the last part where they chop the radish of the club which bought kolo toure and adebayor...

Rooney9 SG

Let's see how much will he sell Fabregas to Barcelona? at least 40m or more? that is 40m profit, as Fabregas was picked up as a youngster in 2003 from Barcelona for free.

if the epl were a meat market, wenger would be king....

potstop163 SG

earn money n hav a sharp eye for prospects is good...too bad he is gg 5 ? 6?without any trophy at all.

Rooney9 SG

He has not won a trophy for 5 years already, but he is an exception rather than the norm. because he uplifted arsenal from a boring football team to a team that plays passing football. He also brings dieting to the club and to england, where dieting were unheard of in the 90s.

Another one to be sold will be Fabregas...

IMO.. C.Ronaldo is untouchable.. Even at 80 million pound, Real Madrid thinking they are getting a bargain. His loss for Man U is for us to see. Without C.Ronaldo. Man U loss the edge in EPL and CL.

C.Ronaldo now keep banging in goals for Real.M

mrwonderful SG

he running a soccer club or a trading house?

maybe arsenal fans are satisfied as long as the club is not in debt, trophies are just a bonus. haha!!

I think u got it wrong. Don't you know that tackles are illegal in La Liga? Ronaldo doesnt even use any skill to get past defenders - he just sprint past in the traditional push and run dribbling.

And the fact is Real Madrid is still 2nd best with all the buys, behind Barca who sold a proven goal poacher in Eto'o for a more expensive Berbatov - Ibra. .

United, on the other hand, manages to stay just 1 point behind after his depature.
