KFC failed to deliver food.... But charged my credit card $30
anyway.. they say will refund, but teo months le, still no action.
at the end of both months, I called in to complain... Maybe time to
shoot email beh...
phone, speak to manager, ask for acknowledgement, want it to be
done in 3 days.
