Burnley boss Owen Coyle made
a cheeky bid for Arsenal young
gun Jack Wilshere prior to the sides meeting in the league
midweek.
The Clarets manager cheekily asked Arsenal boss Arsene
Wenger if he could have Wilshere on loan during the
pre-match meeting on the pitch.
There have been reports recently that the 17-year old is ready
to develop his education elsewhere although he would love to remain
in Wenger’s first team plans.
Coyle took it upon himself to enquire about Wilshere’s
availability but Wenger remained coy about the England U21’s
future.
