According to the Daily Mirror Liverpool are set to receive a major cash
investment from the Royal Family of the United Arab Emirates.
Members of the Ras al-Khaimah family are apparently seeking
talks with American co-owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett about
possible investment.
They are believed to want the two Americans to fly to the Middle
East as soon as possible in order to sort out a deal that could
bring a massive cash boost into Anfield.
"At the moment, we are not commenting on this speculation," Ian
Cotton, Liverpool's director of
communications said.
