After their conflict with China in the South China Sea,
Vietnamese govt allow 3 days of Free For All for local Vietnamese
to attack Chinese factories.
These Chinese happened to come from Taiwan.
It is reported that Vietnamese police and fire engine are no way
to be seen when Vietnamese attacked and burn factories.
Analysts from Taiwan said that Vietnam and China were putting
their disagreement very low key. But after US Assistant Secretary
Russel visited vietnam on the 7 May 2014. Vietnam started to raise
their stake and serious conflict begin.
