is it those kind of meeting sessions with the boss & HR staff
whereby they pass the letter to u? (either retrenchment letter,
acceptance of resignation etc)?
i think is where they ask u how u felt about the company, your
plans, etc.... more of like a finalisation... a conclusion of your
days in the company
