moreover now is the employers world..they have this kind of mentality that if u don't want to work = there are lots more other candidates around

winnie darling calm down..no use getting agitated over it..hmm..in the meanwhile, hang on to it..cont. working..but push them every wk or so..or hint them in jokingly manner on the perm status..telling them stuff like "aiyo..i feel so unwanted..it's being 1.5mths since probation date..no one update me at all"

my supervisor still tell me our dept very busy one.. dun know is it hinting me i too eng liao??? but wat i observe really not tht busy wat.. they too eat snake.. i even c my supervisor did her sch stuffs during work.. and checking her investment stuff.. still got the nerve tell me busy!! thn my manager take a long long time to sign documents.. really pek cek........

gd ques.. i jus wanted to say.. y i still accepted this job when i hv so many complaints??? becos......... tht time i no job mah and i thot i can grad successfully by dec' last year.. i study part-time w/o a job b4 tht.. thn this job paid is not within my expected range.. i jus went interview for fun.. how i know so"heng" got this job.. thn i think got a job better than none.. work first.. if unhappy thn find new one.. but so "heng" again.. the economy thing starts.. thn bo bian now got to stay here..

same for my case nor..as in i wanted to convert to part-time..took them 2wk+ still havent get back to me..

just tell HR that it is not nice for u to approach your boss directly like that..moreover it is not nice for u to "Steal" HR's job mah (hint them that it is HR's job to push for answers with relates to employees matter..if not hire them for what?)

if u say this to me in private..they still bo reaction..

say it in public..like in front of other colleagues..make the HR staff feel paiseh..
