exactly why they don't want to confirm you. Means not very
willing to pay you that increment ?
No matter what, I think you should have a good talk with your
boss. Tell her its unfair for you not to be given any indication on
when the probation will end, and what's the reason for her
extending your probation. Is it your performance? If not, why can't
she confirm you? And you want to take leave, but you can't because
you're not confirmed.
Pressure your boss ..
