Liverpool have rubbished reports that
Rafa Benitez is about to leave
Anfield.
Bookies suspended betting on the Kop boss leaving before last
night's thumping of Stoke
City.
Kop MD Christian Purslow said: "It's 1000 per cent rubbish."
Benitez said: "I remain 100 per cent committed to the club, the
fans and players."
Benitez singled out new signing Glen Johnson for his
contribution on his Anfield debut after the 4-0 win over Stoke.
He said: "We have been looking for players with quality going
forward to improve our play in wide areas and it worked
tonight."
