Hull City boss Phil Brown has
slammed FIFA's transfer windows system.
He told the Hull Daily Mail: "The British markets are
ridiculously too high and the rulings on the window have to change
for everyone to start trading sensibly again.
"The fact is that 83 per cent of the deals were done in the last
week of the window last time, and that suggests in itself that
there are some desperate men out there.
"When you are desperate you do strange things, none more so than
paying too much money for players and giving them too much on their
contracts."
