Peppermint SG frankly..once u decide to leave and if they ask u stay......the relationship is gone liao..... it good if they really sincere in wanting u stay....whats bad is that in the meanitime they looing for someone to replace u then when u they find it...they give u 2 weeks....

Spear SG Or you go into lecturering position? I mean you have so many years of on field experience liao. Then if you go into academic field & later want to exit into market again, I guess it will also look kidda good on your resume?
millennium SG I am still consider very inexperience in this line. Just started working for a couple of years. Lecturing is quite impossible.
Spear SG Normally lecturing post you have 3 years exp then sufficient enough rite? Unless you need the accredition of a professional body as well... But its worth a shot. That path is both well paid as well as respectable.
