As they did last summer with the shock signing of David Ngog
from Paris Saint Germain, Liverpool have returned to the Parisian
giants for another French starlet, defender Chris Mavinga.
The 18-year-old, who has played for France at Under-18 level, has
signed a three-year deal at the Merseyside giants, according to
France Football.
Mavinga turned 18 on May 26; he has not made a first-team
appearance for PSG but is highly-rated and can play at full back or
as a central defender.
In April Arsenal were linked with a move for Mavinga with the
Gunners France-based scout Gilles Grimandi having watched him
play in a PSG reserve game.
