Italian football may become better with the recent
exodus of top players
Italian football seems to be on the decline recently.Kaka has
left.Now there is talk of even Pirlo and Pato leaving.The top
players nowadays seem to be attracted only to the English and
Spanish leagues.
This state of affairs seems to weaken Italian football in the short
run but it may be a blessing in disguise in the long run. With less
foreign players coming,Italian clubs have no choice but to
cultivate their own indigenous players.
The fundamentals of Italian football are still
sound-Italians are still excellent at what are the basics of The
Game-playing football.
As long as the fundamentals are sound-Italian football will
experience a glorious renaissance in the near
future.
This sounds like a unorthdox viewpoint at this moment in time,but
the history of football parallels the history of humanity-it is
also cyclical.
