Nicklas Bendtner has revealed he would like to play for
FC Copenhagen before the end of his career.
The Copenhagen-born striker, 21, started his career as a youth
player with FC Copenhagen's reserve side, Kjobenhavns
Boldklub, before moving to Arsenal in 2004.
That meant the Denmark international did not have the chance to
play professional football in his homeland and he admits he would
love to play for his hometown club before he retires.
“I have never played in the Danish league, and I would like to
have it on my CV,” he told Ekstra Bladet.
“It might be fun to play for Copenhagen, because it was there
that it all began.”
