Is wenger stingy manager never want to spend big money on player.
Even give him 100million, he also die die haolian don't want to
sign. Arashavin deal, wenger also want to bargain. 18
million cheap liao, he also don't want to pay. Now it proves he is
great bargain at 18million after scoring 4 goals against
Liverpool.
he's a shrewd manager.. because he knows if the major backers pull
out, the club is doomed..
imagine if Abramovich decides to stop playing Championship
Manager in real life? Chelsea will go the way of Leeds..
same goes for LFC with Gillette pulling out... and MCFC with the
arabs pulling out.. the club will die..
he cannot afford to put the club into serious debt which they
are totally dependant on the people and not the club..
he's probably the only manager in the football world who does
that..
