hi everybody,i have a question about MOM regulations.my
buddy,singapore citizen, just completed NS,found a job working as a
waiter at a KTV lounge that requires him to work a 12 hours shift 6
days week,no overtime or claim back hours whatsoever.Is this
allowed under MOM regulations?kindly pls provide your expert views
on this.thank you very much
